Whether you are brand new to meditation or are familiar with it, but want to deepen your contact with other practitioners, you are going to receive a rich tapestry of ancient and contemporary tools as well as teachings that are easy to follow and remember. Meditation is about remembering who we are at the core. Are you ready to take a step towards bringing more peace and clarity into your life?
Every path to awakening consists of an awareness practice and a connection to a community of like-minded people. The aim of these classes is to free us from past and future attachments and to reveal our radiant nature which is light and full of loving kindness. You will receive expert guidance and practices that are easily applied in day-to-day life. Many past participants have expressed gaining many benefits by tuning into a focused group of meditators who continuously train themselves to cultivate bliss, calm and freedom with every breath.

These classes are interactive and there is no substitute for being present! Thus we highly recommend attending the online sessions live. Don’t worry if you have to miss a session though, as recordings will be available for those sessions you signed up for, until the end of August.

Introduction to Meditation
ONLINE CLASS: A weekly open meditation class on Monday 7pm - 8pm (UK) // 8pm-9pm (CET) led by Jonathan Clifford- exploring breathing meditation. Classes can include Qigong / Tai Chi. Here there is also space to ask questions. These classes can be used as preparation to join the daily online Anapanasati group sits.
Breathing Meditation Group
ONLINE SIT: This is a committed group – doing this practice 6 days a week – it’s not really a drop-in class – the space is held for this – for a continuity of practice. If you are coming to this practice for the first time, we invite you to attend the weekly Anapanasati class on Monday evenings instead, as this will focus on starting the practice and provide a space for asking any questions.
We come online at 8.00 am UK // 9am Cet time. Monday to Saturday to practice and explore the meditation of Liberation through Anapanasati – Mindfulness of Breathing (taught by the Buddha and through which he awakened.) Experienced practitioners only enquire here.

Sangha Meet-ups
ONLINE: Every other Saturday, some of our sangha get together online to discuss dharma and how it plays out in our daily lives. Our current reflections are drawn from Namgyal Rinpoche’s Body, Speech and Mind and recent themes have included the Bodhisattva Vow and how we communicate. The meeting runs from 10am -11.30am (UK time). Everyone is welcome!
Breathing Retreat - UK & On-line
IN PERSON: Join Catherine Pawasarat Sensei for a life changing ten day breathing meditation retreat. Breathing practice is suitable whether you are a newbie or seasoned meditator, or have always wanted to do a vipassana or longer retreat. Benefit from the in-person guidance of an accomplished meditation teacher and a balanced meditative approach of the four classical meditation postures. The meditation on Mindfulness of Breathing is not only suitable for all beings, it is also the direct way to enlightenment. Over and over again, we hone our attentiveness to the breath until calm, clarity and wisdom emerges. The practice itself is life changing, profound and healing. Breathing meditation develops concentration, calm, bliss and insight - altogether leading to awakening and healing.
LOCATION: Maitreya House // UK // 24 May - June 2nd. We will meet as a group to practice while attending all online sessions together for this Planet Dharma offering with Catherine Pawasarat Sensei.
